The Long Beach Sound Society brings you its 4th annual Mods May Day celebration. This year's event will be all day and all ages. This is an indoor and outdoor event with the outside area providing music by our own LBSS and guest DJ's, beer garden, food truck, sand pit area to play horseshoes, vendors and hang out area. The inside area is where all the bands will perform with LBSS and guest DJ's playing in between bands. Their will be a full bar provided inside for those who are of age. Guest DJ's scheduled to perform: Riley More, Alex Transistor, Glory Boy Kev, Lady Celeste. LBSS Dj's On Target, King Bee and back for more action King Steadybeat. Three great bands: Suedehead, The Skeletones, and The Savoys all confirmed to play this event. All sponsors and vendors to be announced shortly. The location will be in downtown Long Beach, local vintage scooter clubs will be meeting up at a soon-to-be-announced location to go on a scooter ride in the local area, then end up at the venue where all the May Day Mayhem begins.
